Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Technology Engineer who has experience in optimizing and improving manufacturing processes and technologies.This role also involves in Supporting MT leadership by coaching new team members

Job Responsibilities

• Manage larger more complex Change Control projects by identification of change needs, implementation management, Risk assessment, stake holder management etc.

• Responsible to manage and run TIP activities and follow up.

• Leading OEE/ Productivity improvement Projects and Various production related projects / foundation (according to Project milestones)

• Manage RDE projects, Participate in and make production foundation new product projects.

• Responsible for Problem solving, from customer complaint related to supply chain or from internal problem related to production process (Stop The Line)

• identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues within manufacturing processes & also customer complaints

• Prepare Quality document (PFMEA, PFC, CP, MSA, CPK, dummy/master and calibration setup) and keep them updated continuously through the life time of the products

• Plan & Improve manufacturing process Quality, COPQ (internal (Scrap, Changes etc.) & external)

• Improve, Productivity- and work time study (Lay out, flow, cycle time and OEE) - Propose and plan improvement projects based on the outcome of Lean tool implementation.

• Manage supplier contact regarding technical issues (parts and machines) Main point of contact towards key strategic and complex equipment suppliers.

• Responsible to provide required equipment support, Support to shop floor / production ( Bom (bill of materials), IT, Tools, Machine tools drawings)

Background & Skills

• Graduation in Mechanical Engineering with 7 to 9 years of experience in Manufacturing Technology

• Should have strong knowledge in QMS ,P-FMEA, Control-Plan, Six Sigma, MSA, CPK-study, (Minitab), change control check list, SC / PPAP

• Should have good project management skills & should have the ability to manage stake holders in Production /Quality/R&D
