HL Logistics America Corporation Service Parts Operations Manager in Opelika, Alabama

Create a forecast for products needed based on customer requests; Manage freight logistics and scheduling on a daily and weekly basis including scheduling of pickups and customer delivery; Issue purchase orders for needed quantities and maintain packaging material for all different shipments; Work with vendors on any quality issues and to develop and maintain positive business relationships; Manage and improve SPO (Service Parts Operations) Warehouse; Perform marketing activities such as research and analysis of local market conditions and trends for a logistics company which provides warehouse, transportation, assembly, rework, and scrap services in the automotive industry; Communicate with current and potential customers to collect and identify their needs, preferences, and complaints; and Create reports dealing with shipping rates, revenue analysis, inventory analysis, and other reports as needed.
