Dixie Electric, Plumbing, & Air Service Coordinator- Commercial Service in Opelika, Alabama

What You will be responsible for:
Schedule quoted work and request permits
Dispatch technicians to service calls/quoted work, communicating with the customer and technician until the job is completed to satisfaction
Work with other Dixie locations as needed to establish technician coverage
Process work orders and update Service Titan accordingly
Process timesheets and time-off request forms and assist with payroll issues
Respond to and resolve customer issues
Collect payments and process finance paperwork
Follow up on purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
Place orders and stock office supplies
Complete other various duties assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:
Three (3) years’ experience in scheduling or dispatching in the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or automotive industry is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, concentrating on Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
Service-Titan experience is preferred
Exhibit excellent customer service, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Must have excellent time management skills and be a self-starter
Ability to prioritize, adapt, and remain calm in stressful situations.
Ability to pass a drug test and background check required.
Passion for helping others. Present a professional, positive, and helpful attitude always.
