Witco is seeking a Developmental Support Coordinator to oversee our life skills and social recreation programs.
Witco is a not-for-profit community rehabilitation organization helping citizens with disabilities since 1974.
The DSC directs, oversees, and monitors developmental and rehabilitation programs for participants with disabilities.
The DSC serves as a leader training, supervising and mentoring mission based developmental service staff. The DSC maintains effective working relationships with staff and other community support providers to ensure all participants are afforded t he opportunity to reach their goals and maximum level of achievement.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience managing, training, leading, and inspiring staff.
Experience with case management and person-centered plans.
Proficient in MS Office applications
Valid driver's license, proof of insurance and good driving record.
