Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for maintaining a broad range of enterprise level servers, storage, security, networking, and IT equipment. This position will Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the information systems that support core organizational functions. The Senior Systems Administrator will have expertise in all aspects of Windows systems administration, a very strong grasp of networking fundamentals, previous experience supporting medium to large data centers, and an aggressive, detailed approach to problem-solving. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong appreciation for and knowledge of best practices in maintaining a highly secure environment. A strong background in customer service is required.

Qualifications
Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
Advanced knowledge of Windows Server, desktop operating systems, and Active Directory.
MCSA certification or MSCE certification preferred or any industry-related certifications.
Three or more years of relevant work experience required.
Strong knowledge of server configurations and hardware installation.
Knowledge of VMware vSphere, backup technologies, and disaster recovery.
Understanding of Linux operating system, M365, and Azure.
Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and possess strong troubleshooting skills.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $66,560.00 to $137,987.20 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
