Fox Hospital Nursing Home is offering a PAID Certified Nursing Aide (C.N.A.) Training Program. Upon successful completion the of the program and obtaining your NYS certification, candidates will be offered full time position in the Nursing Home. Pay rate: $16.00 per hour Class starts May 2024 A.O. Fox Hospital – Nursing Home offers a friendly and compassionate environment with reasonable staff to resident ratios (1 to 10) which allows us to care for every resident as a unique person. What we need from you Education: High school graduate or equivalent, preferred Experience: Previous long term care experience, preferred Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to communicate effectively and document information accurately. Ability to deal efficiently and effectively with a wide variety of people. Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred. Ability to move or lift patients and equipment Physical Requirements: Stand, Sit 1-3 hrs, Bend, Squat, Reach, Lift, Carry, Push, Pull 1/3 or more of the time. Pay Range Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
