Schedule Weekly Hours:28 Gundersen Health System is seeking a Medical Laboratory Scientist, Medical Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Scientist, or Medical Laboratory Technician to join our Onalaska laboratory team while providing float support to our Sparta, Tomah, La Crescent, and Spring Grove regional lab locations. ASCP certification is not required! What You\'ll Do: You will perform routine laboratory testing on a variety of specimens and demonstrate competency within the full scope of laboratory procedures, chemical, microscopic, bacteriologic, molecular, and transfusion medicine. You will analyze information, monitor quality performance, and take action to ensure the efficient delivery of accurate and timely laboratory test results and services. This position will also be responsible for the development and implementation of laboratory procedures, as well as the maintenance of quality control in the laboratory understanding the requirements and standards of regulating agencies to ensure compliance within the laboratory. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our lab at the Onalaska Clinic, floating to our Sparta, Tomah, La Crescent, and Spring Grove Clinics as needed.
