This position requires the individual to be in the Omaha or surrounding area Join our team at Mosaic as the Vice President of IT Infrastructure, in this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, directing and designing Mosaic’s IT Infrastructure while providing oversight and leadership to Mosaic’s Infrastructure team. The VP of Infrastructure will set clear goals and priorities to support Mosaic’s mission while ensuring the availability, performance, and security of Mosaic’s IT assets in our data centers(s), agency locations, and end user computing. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: * Responsible for the hiring, training, supervision and coaching of direct reports to maximize employee engagement and effectively achieve desired results * Provides vision and leadership while establishing clear goals and expectations to the IT infrastructure team to develop and implement infrastructure initiatives * Provides regular reporting on overall health of infrastructure and KPI’s * Oversees the support structure to maintain defined service levels of networks, servers, workstations, operating systems, telecommunications and systems software to ensure stable, scalable and secure environments * Manage the utilization of the data center, cloud infrastructure, and backup sites * Responsible for infrastructure disaster recovery and business continuity * Responsible for end-to-end infrastructure sizing and architecting * Responsible for multi-year growth forecasting and planning * Responsible for infrastructure lifecycle asset management, change management processes, and configuration management * Research and provide recommendations on new technologies and trends * Responsible for the oversight and management of the infrastructure budget * Responsible for mobile device management * Responsible for endpoint detection and response * Responsible for security operations in partnership with the Director of Information Security * Will support the Enterprise Technology team with systems administration to configure our solutions * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a related field or 8 years of technical experience in lieu of degree * Minimum of 7 years experience in an IT leadership role.. * Experience in a healthcare organization preferred. * Experience with data center operations and IaaS.
