Mechanical Assembler-$25/Hour-Start ASAP

Description :

A manufacturer of municipal trucks in Omaha, NE has an immediate opening for a mechanical assembler. You will be assembling truck chassis and installing hydraulic systems and low voltage electrical components. Candidates must have at least 1 year of previous assembly experience.

Hours :

• 1st Shift: Monday thru Friday 6:00AM to 4:30PM

• 2nd Shift: Monday thru Thursday 8:00PM to 6:00AM

Pay : $18-25/hour

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for various types of installation mechanics from ground level of truck assembly

• Builds and/or modifies equipment in accordance to established specifications to meet specific project requirements

• Follow blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to complete assemblies.

• Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and fit components.

• Perform quality checks to ensure parts are properly installed and meet specifications.

• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

• Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues.

Qualifications :

• 1 year of assembly experience

• Hydraulic and 12-volt electrical knowledge is a huge plus

• Must have your own basic tool set
