Validating & entering invoice data into our management software with a focus on accuracy.
Audit received & scanned invoices for errors, correcting any inconsistencies.
Communicating any discrepancies with the appropriate internal departments to correct.
Work closely with other departments to ensure open communication.
Here are our non-negotiables:
Maintain a Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:30pmin officeschedule
Working behind a computer for an extended period of time
Computer savvy
Ability to prioritize and complete tasks
Attention to detail / Quick learner / Positive can do attitude
