TEKsystems Customer Service Specialist in Omaha, Nebraska

Description:

This is an entry level position that will assist internal team members and customers

Contract review of all incoming sales orders

Assistance with ensuring orders are accurate and able to be entered

Processing POs sent to Conductix from customers

Reviewing each purchase order, identifying errors and communication with the customer to obtain a revised PO

Once ready to be processed, the Contract Reviewer will enter the order into the CRM

Skills:

Data entry, Clerical support, Customer service, Call center support, Microsoft office outlook, Microsoft office suite, Customer service oriented

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

50 WPM with High Accuracy

communication and attention to detail

ability to think critically

fast pace

Candidates must have high attention to detail

Strong organizational skills

Comfort with incoming and outgoing calls

Proficiency in CRM systems

  • Daily Data Entry activities: Creating new prospects, updating customer information, performing searching for materials quotes and customers

  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, as well as ability to draw and interpret graphs in Excel
