*Standards, Reporting & Communications Manager (WMS3) Olympia, WA -- Headquarters $111,168 -- $142,512 Annually * Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) is currently seeking a committed leader to fill the position of Standards, Reporting & Communications Manager. This position is responsible for developing and monitoring standards, reporting and communication of the capital budget development and management for Highways, Facilities, Rail, Ferries, and Local Programs within WSDOT. In this role you will lead, develop, present, and supervise the implementation and monitoring of cost estimating, risk analysis, reporting geographic information systems (GIS) and Capital System standards of strategies for carrying out program and project budget development, reporting and capital delivery as specified in the Transportation Budget. In addition, the Standards, Reporting & Communications Manager will establish program management policies and procedures to manage resources required to support statewide capital programs.
