Job Description

Insight Global is in search of WAQTC certified Quality Assurance Inspectors to support a top Engineering firm in Olympia, WA. This position would be working on transportation quality assurance inspection and testing services team on a specific project in the Seattle area.

Responsibilities include the following:

* Perform daily construction quality inspection/testing of day/night work operation to confirm the contractor is complying with the requirements of the contract plans and specifications

* Prepare detailed Daily Inspection Reports, with photos, accurately reflecting the construction progress

* Inspect and document materials acceptance

* Maintain a good working relationship with contractor and client

* Soil sampling, etc.

Skills and Requirements

- Active WAQTC Cert and used this certification within the last 2 years. (aggregate, embankment, soils density) - Asphalt experience or any other certifications
