In this role, you'll identify improvement opportunities, then participate in and/or lead division and enterprise wide projects to develop, test and implement new and improved systems and processes, at times assuming responsibility to maintain them once implemented. You'll serve as the point person for coordination of all major programs for the Retail Operations (branch) division, including reporting and preparing presentations for retail operations and products and services produced within the division. You will be interacting with all levels of staff and management along with providing support to the VP Retail Operations, Regional Branch Directors and Branch Managers across Washington. Your day might include: Researching and providing guidance on complex issues including but not limited to vendor contract management and negotiations, technology challenges and other non-routine complex business matters Supporting Service Delivery leadership in several areas to include but not limited to; budget, FTE and staffing reports, branch safety and security management, member feedback, meeting preparation and setup, production reporting, trending and analysis Developing and fostering strong, collaborative working relationships with division leaders, business line partners and cross-functional groups to support and execute on initiatives designed to improve the delivery of service to our members and implementation of credit union business priorities, providing guidance and expertise in core branch system features, functionality and future capabilities Regularly assesses the branch functions and practices to identify opportunities for increased efficiency or process improvement. Facilitating actions internally and with applicable business line partners to deliver on identified process improvement and efficiency initiatives Supporting the division leadership in annual business planning and goal setting and participating in Regional, Joint Regional and All Service Delivery leadership meetings Identifying enhancement ideas and preparing cross-functional team input items for the Retail Division leadership Championing the continued adoption and utilization of new products, services and solutions to support division operations and service to members Ensuring strong internal controls are in place for department processing functions, including regular review and facilitation of updates on department related operational procedures, management policies and department job aides Serving as the key coordinator for the Retail Operations division functions including: Preparing, monitoring, and reporting on the division budget and staffing Preparing for and responding to internal and external audits on behalf of the division Keeping division contracts, policies and procedures up to date and maintaining primary contact with vendors Division meeting preparation and follow-up Reporting and follow-up in the areas of staffing, business intelligence, safety and security, and member feedback What you bring to the team: Bachelor's degree or related leadership experience may substitute, year for year, for academic achievement after meeting
