Responsibilities * Draft, negotiate, and review of commercial transactions, contracts and agreements, providing counsel regarding interpretation of active contracts, and handling contractual dispute resolution. Significant involvement in contractual matters throughout entire contract lifecycle, from formation to termination, for agreements pertaining to diverse subjects. * Work with the legal and risk management department and business leadership to assist/lead on a variety of projects related to process improvements, risk mitigation and legal policy development Qualifications * Juris Doctorate (JD) is required * 2 years experience required * Must be licensed as a practicing attorney in good standing in state where practicing * Ability to work effectively within a demanding, deadline-driven environment * Experience with SaaS agreement a plus * Experience in contract review and negotiation * Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Work, PowerPoint and Excel is required * Project Management experience preferred * Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as a member of a team required Additional Information The compensation range for this role is $110,000 to $150,000.
