About the Role Thomson Reuters is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success team, focused on our CoCounsel Core & Drafting products. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing strategies to drive product adoption and maximize usage among our small law firm customers, facilitating the onboarding and training our small firm customers on our CoCounsel software, and working cross-functionally with our sales and GTM teams to ensure that the needs of our small firm customers are being met. The ideal candidate has previous experience working in a legal technology company in a customer success or other customer-facing role. A J.D. or other legal education, or previous experience working with law firms is required. As a Customer Success Manager, Small Law, you will: Analyzing product usage data and developing long-term strategies to improve small law customer satisfaction and increase retention rates. Developing campaigns and initiatives to facilitate the onboarding and training of small law firm customers on our software, including developing customized training programs to serve specific client needs; Regularly meeting and communicating with our small firm customers to ensure that their needs are being met and that each small firm customers is realizing the full value of our software; Working cross-functionally with Sales and our GTM teams, as well as Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure that small law firm customer needs are being met; Becoming a CoCounsel expert and providing support to small law firm customers by answering questions about best practices for using our product. About You You have a law degree or formal legal education and/or substantial experience working with law firms and attorneys You have a deep understanding of Customer Success best practices, including time in Customer Success role You are interested in learning about new technology and software and have worked with Generative AI. This role is focused on driving adoption of CoCounsel, our generative AI legal assistant.
