Job Title: Spanish Bilingual Warehouse Clerk

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Manufacturing Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and inspecting received goods, maintaining records, handling customer returns, resolving CWS discrepancies, and ensuring shipping procedures are followed. Additionally, the role involves generating invoices and labels, maintaining shipping records, recording weights and shipping charges, stocking and distributing materials, training staff on shipping and receiving, and operating a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Verify and inspect received goods.

• Maintain records and reject unsatisfactory items.

• Handle customer returns.

• Resolve CWS discrepancies.

• Ensure shipping procedures are followed.

• Generate invoices and labels.

• Maintain shipping records.

• Record weights and shipping charges.

• Stock and distribute materials.

• Train staff on shipping and receiving.

• Operate a forklift and lift heavy items.

Essential Skills

• 1+ years of experience in Shipping and Receiving.

• Experience in production, assembly line, packaging, inspection, and data entry.

• Skills in inventory control, kitting, quality control, assembly, and picking/packing.

• Ability to perform heavy lifting.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing/distribution.

Work Environment

The entire manufacturing area is climate-controlled, providing a comfortable work setting. The testing department requires hearing protection due to noise levels.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Olive Branch, Mississippi.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
