Our Client, a manufacturing subsidiary of a prominent privately-owned real estate firm, seeks a dynamic HR Director to join their team in their OLean, NY office. The ideal candidate possesses a versatile skillset, with previous experience overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, and organizational development. Strong problem-solving capabilities, an ability to develop and streamline processes, and previous experience in a manufacturing environment are also characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this role. Finally, strong communications skills and an ability to connect and act professional with all levels of employees is another key facet of this position. - 10+ years of HR experience, strongly preferred.
- Previous experience overseeing major Human Resource functions.
- Past experience in a manufacturing environment, strongly prefered.
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, and an ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
Compensation commensurate with experience.
