Job Purpose and Impact

The ANH Data Management Lead will maintain best practices related to data design, data expertise, data guidance and data support during the establishment, operationalization, and sustainment of the data governance program. In this role, you will ensure data integrity and compliance by collaborating with stakeholders to learn and to educate on the instance data template and advise business partners on the data technical solutions in compliance with the organization's data governance framework, risks, and control standards. You will also translate business needs into specific data requirements or process designs using knowledge across multiple domains, processes and businesses and provide data leadership across multiple teams to deliver solutions to the business.

Key Accountabilities

  • Perform analysis of complex data related system and process gaps and recommend and execute corrective action.

  • Generate business insights, govern data assets, and promote the use of data to achieve strategic goals.

  • Provide data solution leadership for large, complex, and sometimes multiregional projects specific to SAP S/4 implementations

  • Provide governance to ensure proposed projects adhere to the instance data design.

  • Ensure technology solutions meet predefined objectives and present a clear understanding of the effect on data design and data governance.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to identify current and future data design needs to further improve current offerings and introduce new solutions as appropriate.

  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with SAP implementations

  • Experience leading an end to end implementation of a global SAP instance

  • Project Management certification preferred

  • Five to seven years of SAP experience

  • Ability to travel up to 25% both domestic and international
