The Executive Transport Services and Support (ETS&S) within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Systems Engineering Support Analyst . This Level 4 position is located in Oklahoma City and will perform data analytics in support of systems engineering projects. The successful candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on aircraft maintenance, modification and upgrades on VIP transport aircraft to include System Integration Lab administrative tasking, lab and aircraft system operation, troubleshooting, integration test plan development and execution of those plans.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties will include but not limited to:

  • The successful candidate will research, analyze, and compile complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.

  • Applies complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development.

  • Derives and develops complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs.

  • Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product. Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives.

  • Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools.

  • Oversees training, leads and mentors others.

  • Works under minimal direction.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK.

Work Authorization:

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 10 or more years of related work experience

  • 3 or more years of experience with modification aircraft and or aircraft mission systems.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Strong communication skills

  • 5 or more years of experience with Project Management

Typical Education/Experience :

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $106,250 – 143,750
