This role is located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and is required to be onsite.

Job responsibilities:

  • Office and systems administration - Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the office, including support of management, associates, and staff. Manage all office business systems and related vendors including facilities management, network infrastructure, security system, copiers, and end user computers usage. Responsible for organizing and maintaining all local branch files and records.

  • Problem-solving skills – The ability to pivot and be able to move to options or people to help in situations that develop on a daily basis to support the Advisors and Complex staff.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, excel, Word) - application of available tools to build a financial planning practice as well as the benefits of being associated with the firm requiring coordination with other branch specialists. Tracking and reporting support to ensure the branch coordinates onboarding with broader organization requirements.

  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of internal/external clients & advisors with diplomacy and tact. - Collaborate and coordinate with the branch team to manage a complex, interrelated system focused on tracking and managing candidates to join the firm

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills - Events will range from small local management sessions up to larger events such as an Awards Banquet or Education Conference with 400 participants for the region. Will participate in the development of the project concept, agenda/speakers, venue selection/logistics and communications to target audience.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000-$55,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to serve as a contact to and communicate with financial professionals with diplomacy and tact

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • 1 years of experience in business is preferred

  • 1 Years experience in Event Planning a plus

  • 1 Years experience in Financial Services a plus

Project Administration: Knowledge of project administration best practices and ability to use organizational strategies, practices and tools for administering projects.
