ODL Services has multiple, full-time openings for MC-12 Squadron Operations Support Staff in our Training Systems Division in Oklahoma City, OK.
Candidates for these positions must have JTAC / JFO / Fire Officers experience in addition previous SOF experience in Close Air Support and Task Force operations. They will be expected to support airborne training as part of an integrated ground and air team providing Mission and Continuation training to sensor and systems operators in the MC-12 while operating in accordance with a government provided syllabus, training objectives and unit SOPs.
Operational Support Staff supporting this program will be expected to work in concert with Contractor, Active Duty, Guard and Reserve personnel managing a robust daily flight support program to assist in the production of qualified flight crews. They will conduct briefs, manage computer databases, operate secure voice and data communications systems and support training scenarios while operating vehicles on and off military installations. They will be required to coordinate with local law enforcement and community organizations to ensure training continuity.
These positions are not subject to deployment overseas, but short-notice recall from off-duty hours to support emergent requirements, night, weekend and holiday work can be expected.
Experience and Qualifications Required
Must be a US Citizen.
A current Secret clearance is required.
Must be able to demonstrate previous experience performing training support to SOF, SOCOM and USAF organizations or other DoD aviation units.
Must be familiar with the operation and use of radios such as the PRC-152 and other secure voice equipment used for both line of sight and satellite communication.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience supporting training, working as part of a training team and demonstrate the ability to use Government provided systems.
Candidates must have prior JTAC, JFO, FSO, or other in-depth aviation Fires / CAS experience.
