Job Title: Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Oklahoma City, OK (100% Onsite)

Duration: 2-4 months (potential for extension)

Pay: $23-25 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (some flexibility for school drop-offs, etc.)

Dress Code: Business Casual

Job Description:

• Perform Full Cycle Accounts Payable duties, including processing Purchase Orders.

• Manage extensive email correspondence to obtain necessary approvals from other offices.

• Ensure accuracy and matching of approximately 300 invoices per month.

• Handle data entry accurately and efficiently.

• Address a backlog of filing (approximately 2+ years).

• Utilize SAP software for all AP functions; prior experience with SAP is essential.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

• Proven experience with Full Cycle Accounts Payable.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle complex matching processes.

• Proficiency in SAP software is mandatory.

• Experience in a manufacturing setting is advantageous.

• Excellent communication skills for email correspondence and collaboration.
