Position Description
Responsible for coordinating and supporting various organizational development processes.
Primary Job Responsibilities
Participates in the development and implementation of organizational development programs and policies as assigned.
Drafts communications and other materials for internal development opportunities such as new employee orientation, manager and employee training and other related company initiatives.
Organizes and coordinate logistics for training and events, including with outside vendors and resources and internal teams and stakeholders.
Participates in the administration of internal employee surveys and gathers data for external industry surveys.
Partner with the learning management, corporate communications, and total rewards team in determining and maintaining attendee lists and auditing curriculum completion.
Updates job aids and other related communications in support of change management initiatives.
Supports internal stakeholders involved in inclusion and diversity initiatives.
Reviews training content and provides recommendations to internal stakeholders regarding training and development options and opportunities.
Perform other related assigned duties as necessary to complete the Primary Job Responsibilities as described above.
