A new full-time Quality Improvement Manager is available with Liberty Healthcare at the Robert M. Greer Center in Enid, OK.
The Greer Center is an intermediate care facility which provides specialized short-term residential treatment services to adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral support needs.
The Greer Center endeavors to help each individual build lifelong skills so they may achieve and maintain good health, well-being, and independence in the community.
As Liberty Healthcare’s Quality Improvement Manager, you will help ensure the people we serve are safe and receive high quality care.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supervising Liberty’s Quality Improvement Coordinator and Incident Analyst
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of CMS and state licensing regulations, standards, and guidelines
Developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance programs to ensure compliance with applicable standards and federal and state regulations and laws
Developing and maintaining policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and consistent service delivery, quality care, and good customer service
Designing and implementing audit processes to evaluate the effectiveness of care
Conducting regular internal audits of clinical and administrative operations
Preparing audit reports with findings, recommendations, and corrective actions
Developing and initiating client satisfaction surveys, managing the feedback from the surveys, and addressing issues as they arise
Coordinating with regulatory agencies during inspections and audits
Collecting, analyzing, and reporting on quality metrics and key performance indicators
Using data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and the effectiveness of interventions
Leading various quality improvement initiatives and projects
Collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to implement changes based on audit findings and quality data
Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in care delivery
Identifying potential risks to quality and safety and develop mitigation strategies
Conducting root cause analyses for incidents and implementing corrective actions
Receiving and managing incidents and complaints, ensuring proper tracking through the electronic complaint system, investigating as needed, and tracking resolution tied to corrective action plans
Proactively anticipating and preventing problems that could result in failure to deliver contracted services or customer dissatisfaction
Recognizing risk and implementing plans to control and avoid such risk
Developing and delivering training programs on quality assurance, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure staff are knowledgeable about and adhere to quality standards and procedures

You are a good fit for this position if you possess the following:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare quality management role, preferably within an ICF/IDD setting
Strong knowledge of ICF/IID regulatory requirements and standards
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Proficiency in quality assurance skills, data analysis, inter-rater reliability and reporting
Effective communication, presentation, interpersonal, and computer skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Strong attention to detail and experience in the development and execution of quality initiatives
Must be able to manage ambiguity and work in fast paced environment.
