General Information: The Outdoor Program (OP) Rental Center Specialist - Bike Technician will serve as a rental technician with specific increased responsibilities. This position requires previous experience (two full seasons) as a Rental Technician. The Rental Center Specialist Bike Tech's primary responsibilities include tuning and maintaining bikes at the Outdoor Program. The OP depends on well-prepared bicycles to make the customer s experience. The Rental Center Specialist Bike Tech reports to the Coordinator,Outdoor Program,and the Student Rental Center Manager but is expected to be proactive and be able to manage his or her own time and responsibilities.
