Weber State University Recruiter - Supply Chain Management Prog in OGDEN, Utah
We are seeking a dynamic,outgoing,and organized recruiter to engage with high school students,parents,and regional industry partners to promote the Supply Chain Management (SCM) program at the Goddard School of Business & Economics at Weber State University. The primary goal of this role is to increase awareness of the major,drive enrollment and meet industry demand for our graduates.Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver outreach services to inform prospective students about the educational and career opportunities in Supply Chain Management at the Goddard School of Business & Economics.Travel to high schools,businesses,community colleges,and industries primarily within Utah using personal vehicle (mileage will be reimbursed).Be involved in planning and executing college and on-campus recruitment events (summer camp,high school case competition,major fairs).Limited counseling of potential students through in-person interviews,phone calls and e-mails.Represent the SCM program and Moyes Center for Supply Chain Excellence in announcing and publicly awarding scholarships at high schools.Assist in the development of creative recruitment materials using various media and working closely with the SCM program to become knowledgeable about the major and career opportunities.Manage a portion of the $25,000 marketing budget for increasing program awareness,and make decisions on spending.Coordinate with other departments in the College and University including Marketing,Admissions,Public Relations,and University Communications.Position Details:Part-time role with a customizable schedule that meets personal preferences and requirements of the work.
