MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN- CURE JOB DESCRIPTION: This position will assist in the production of bicycle rims, frames and/or small parts in the manufacturing area.
MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN- CURE JOB DUTIES:
- Assist in preparing to cute composite parts using a variety of means, including ovens, hydraulic lifts, carriers, molds, chemicals, overhead air, and bolt-up machines, impact guns, computers
- Prepare ovens according to engineering specifications to cure composite pars, monitoring oven process parameters during the cure process (e.g oven temperatures, pressures.)
- Bolt up and removal of molds using automates and pneumatic tools.
- Remove bladders from rims by variety of means including pulling, tapping rim on floor, using soap and water.
- Clean mold and rings of foreign objects to prepare for reuse in the layup process
MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN- CURE JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Manufacturing experience required
- MUST HAVE High School Diploma or GED
- Good hand coordination and measuring skills
- Consistent HL up to 60 lbs
- Self-Motivated
- Basic Math Skills
- Fast-paced/Quick Learn
- English Required
- Ability to read and interpret a variety of routine engineering design drawings or instructions
- Experience using hand tools- Temperature gauges, hammers, punches, putty knives, ball wrenches.
MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN- CURE WAGE:
- $19.50/hr.
MANUFACTURING TECHNICIAN-CURE SHIFTS:
- Monday through Thursday | 8AM- 6:30PM or 10AM-8:30PM
