Overview

The Cyber Products team is looking for a Director, Product Management with cybersecurity and third party risk management experience. The ideal candidate will help set the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and develop a roadmap to optimize product and resources.

Role

In this role, you will act as business owner and manager of the long-term and short-term strategic initiatives for RiskRecon’s third party risk ratings product. This role will partner with UX Design, Technical Product Owner, and liaison to a focused customer base of risk professionals.

Responsibilities

• Drive tangible data-driven business outcomes at the product level, manage to a quantified scorecard continuously monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators and optimizing product performance

• Interpret and apply program vision and strategy to product strategy and roadmap for the Products they manage, clearly communicating it to key stakeholders on an ongoing basis

• Leverage the Mastercard Studio (PME) framework to manage the delivery of ongoing innovation

• Demonstrate depth of knowledge of their Product and the Cybersecurity ecosystem in which it operates (e.g. regulatory, legal, technology, competitive environment). Apply this knowledge to the development of winning Product strategies

• Demonstrate awareness of Mastercard's broader Product offering and the ability to leverage Products from other business areas to augment Product capabilities

• Leverage data to quickly identify Product performance challenges, creating proactive plans to drive usage and revenues. Use data-driven analysis to prioritize resources to deliver against the plan

• Ensure that the broader Mastercard organization is enabled to sell focus Products by creating compelling communications & marketing content in partnership with Marketing

• Lead cross-functional teams (e.g. Research & Design, Product Management-Technical, CX&D) in the development of business requirements to achieve Product objectives

• Partner with the Guilds to create and share best practices within the Program with a focus on driving continuous improvement in the Program’s operating model

• Drive institutionalized knowledge through the use of consistent product documentation (e.g., support documents) across the Studio framework

• Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning by leveraging the learning & development curriculum to augment existing knowledge, skills and experiences

• Demonstrate and drive Mastercard Way behaviors through their behavior, recognitions, coaching, and employee engagement.

• Extensive experience building and launching products

• Can communicate to executives, peers, and staff with impact, eloquence, and authenticity

• Demonstrated experience building relationships, partnering with and influencing executive leadership while commanding the respect of the individual product teams across the organization

• Experience translating strategies into product launches and implementation plans in multiple markets

• Demonstrates an understanding of our performance and leadership bar and effectively applies it to hiring Decisions

• Experience with Aha! or similar product management platforms

• Knowledge in Cyber Security discipline with CTPRP and/or Security+ Training preferred

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. Pay Ranges

Remote - St. Louis: $148,000 - $237,000 USD

O'Fallon, Missouri: $148,000 - $237,000 USD
