Rolfson Oil Human Resources On-Boarding Specialists in Odessa, Texas
Pay: $60,000
Monday thru Friday
Location – West Odessa off I-20

Weekly Pay
Responsibilities :
On-boarding of new hires
Coordinating drug testing
Adding training cards, and other qualifying documents
I-9 documentation
Schedule off site safety training
Track and submit training hours
Inventory, Ordering and Issuing PPE
Updating safety and DOT tracking spreadsheets
Other duties and projects as assigned
Requirements :
Must have strong communication skills
Must be detailed-oriented
Strength in professionalism and customer service
Ability to work with minimal mistakes in fast paced environment
Must be able to type and use Microsoft Office
Pass drug test and criminal background check
1-3 years of prior office experience preferred
Previous Human Resources experience a plus
