What you get to do every single day

  • Maintain implementation and insure adherence to accounting policies and procedures

  • Generate relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, actual spend against budgets/outlook, and key financial metrics

  • Manage the accounting team during the closing process to make sure deadlines are met

  • Backfill for Controller as needed

  • Arrange numerous policies, procedures, and technical accounting analyses

  • Uphold to ensure a competent, trained staff through development, regular assessment, and goal setting

  • Promote accountability and the meeting of deliverables

  • Perform other duties when necessary

  • Seasoned preparation and coordination of fiscal year-end audits

  • Discern and establish process improvements to streamline reporting and improve team efficiency

  • Accommodate the preparation of GAAP financial statements, including budgeting and forecasting

  • Secure regular account reconciliation to completion

  • Dissect and generate Ad Hoc financial reports Requirements - 3+ years of general ledger accounting experience

  • Candidate must possess first-rate analytical, quantitative and social skills

    • Comprehensive knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems

    • Relevant accounting experience, including as a Bookkeeper preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

  • Strong technical background in public accounting (GAAP)

  • Annual Audited Financial Statements experience preferred

  • Annual Audited Financial Statements experience

  • Analyze Financial Statements experience

  • Analyze Financial Statements experience preferred

  • Comprehensive knowledge of Quickbooks Online

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

  • CPA a plus

  • Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work
