<p>Duties: <LI>All aspects of tire retreading and repair. <LI>Continual education by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and learning all aspects of the operational side of the business. <LI>Manage and maintain appearance, and uphold efficiencies of our organization. <LI>Preventative maintenance practices <LI>General housekeeping practices <p>The qualified individual must be willing to embrace all aspects of the retread manufacturing process. Retread manufacturing associates dedication and hard work contribute to the overall health and performance of a tire company. Retreading is a vital piece of our business and requires quality associates. <P> Desired Skills and Experience: Excellent communication & organizational skills. Dedicated to delivering high quality products. Excellent motivator & team player. Ability to work well under pressure and deadlines. High energy, results driven, hands on. Must possess a mechanical aptitude. Acceptable background & drug screen. Personal professional appearance and conduct. High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
