In this role, you will provide expert-level support to our Field Service Engineers (FSE), manage certification programs, develop training, and maintain crucial documentation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Offer expert-level support to Field Service Engineers (FSE), aiding in the resolution of complex issues through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Regional Service Operations and various departments, including the Service Repair Hub in Denmark.

  • Ensure the completion and accuracy of customer 8D reports, contributing to our commitment to quality service and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the certification program for FSEs, ensuring they meet the necessary standards and are equipped with the skills to excel in their roles.

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for FSEs, enhancing their knowledge and skills.

  • Create and maintain clear, concise work instructions for FSEs, ensuring they have the guidance needed to perform their duties effectively.

  • Maintain service manuals, troubleshooting guides, and field repair guides, ensuring they are up-to-date and provide valuable information for our FSEs.

  • Ensure consistent availability of local spare parts stock to meet service level agreements with customers.

    To be successful in this role, we image, you come with a degree i n Robotics Engineering or gained similar experience through years of working with our robots. Otherwise, a Master’s degree in a technology-related field, certifications related to service operations, project management, or specific technologies used in the role (e.g., JIRA), and specific technical training related to the products and services of the company.

Besides, we expect you to have:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment.

  • Experience in crafting detailed, yet concise, work instructions for repair procedures.

  • Experience in working with various departments in service operations.

  • Experience in developing and delivering comprehensive training programs.

    The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues effectively. You are an excellent communicator, capable of conveying information clearly to various stakeholders. Proficiency in organizing and updating information for easy access is also a key competency for this role.
