Job Title: Inventory Reconciliation Specialist

Pay Rate: $21 per hour
Shift Details: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Reconciliation Specialist to join our team in Oconomowoc, WI. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling, verifying, and auditing product and equipment stock within our site location. You will also research and resolve stock discrepancies, respond to inventory inquiries, and support cycle counts and inventory audits. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from management, buyers, stores, vendors, and trucking companies regarding site inventory
Move new product items into the inventory system
Monitor equipment and warehouse supplies inventory
Reconcile product discrepancies between systems and physical stock at the site
Research and resolve accounting questions related to purchase orders, invoices, and billing of received products
Verify and accurately record returns and obsolete inventory items
Prepare handbills for stores when products are returned to the distribution center
Assist in cycle counts and inventory audits
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills to resolve inventory discrepancies
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Experience with product flow processes, from entry to departure
Experience using multiple computer systems and technology platforms
Familiarity with case pick, piece pick, shipping, and receiving functions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to respond quickly to internal and external customers
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to rapidly learn and apply multiple systems for tracking inventory
