We are currently hiring for an HR Manager at our client in Ocoee! This is an onsite role and expected to be a 6-9 month project. Great opportunity for project work to add to your resume. Start Date: 9/30 Hours: M-F, 8am-5pm Job Duties: Guides business unit managers on programs, procedures, policies, and as applicable labor laws to maintain compliance Assists in strategizing with the business unit with regard to retention, development, onboarding, and associate engagement Holds regular check-ins with associates and department managers reporting feedback Assists the business unit in ensuring proper staffing and related best practices Builds working partnerships with the business unit to build trust and drive the enhancement of culture Must have: - 5 years of Human Resources Manager experience - Working knowledge of core Human Resources foundational items such as confidentiality, labor laws/standards, best practices for retention, and people management - People liaison skills - Data entry accuracy and proficiency - Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel - Ability to write clearly and concisely in a business professional manner - Excellent organizational and time management skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines - Attention to detail with a high regard for accuracy and data analysis Please today for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Guides business unit managers on programs, procedures, policies, and as applicable labor

laws to maintain compliance

• Assists the HRBP in strategizing with the business unit with regard to retention, development,

onboarding, and associate engagement

• Holds regular check-ins with associates and department managers reporting feedback to

HRBP

• Assists the business unit in ensuring proper staffing and related best practices

• Builds working partnerships with the business unit to build trust and drive the enhancement

of culture

• Identifies process improvements and makes such suggestions to the HRBP and the BU

• Performs other duties as assigned such as various other HR-related projects to partner with

and enhance the business unit's talent and staffing needs

• Complies with all policies and standards

• Follows standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines

• Assists in problem/conflict resolution, by finding the root cause of issues to provide accurate

answers and facilitate solutions

• Thoroughly analyzes information and standard practices to make suggestions on areas of

improvement
