HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR -

Were seeking for aHuman Resources Coordinatorto join our TERI team!

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for administration assignments, assisting with our health benefits, workers compensation claims, coordinating training programs with new employees, helping our talent team, and performing various assignments and completes specialized projects to support department functions and daily operations.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES -

  • Confers with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
  • Addressing employee requests and questions and directing them to the appropriate HR team member.
  • Assist with new-employee background checks and references.
  • Secures documentation for work related incidents/injuries and reports claims to the carrier.
  • Creates DocuSign documents for status changes and rate changes.
  • Assist with Health Benefits and Leaves of Absence.
  • Monitors our various tracking systems for our HR programs.
  • Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
  • Assists with scanning documents for employee files and updating HR system.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS -

  • High School or Colleges Degree, and/or HR Certificate
  • At least 2 Years related experience in Human Resource.
  • Familiarity with ATS, HRIS, and ADP strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of federal and state employments laws is essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understanding of human resource principles, practices, and procedures.

SALARY RANGE -

$22.00 - $24.00/Hour
