Adecco US, Inc. Administrative Assistant in Oceanside, California

Adecco is currently hiring for an entry level Administrative Assistant with a large company in Oceanside, Ca.

Responsibilities:

· Operates personal computer to enter data, draft, edit, revise, and print letters, tables, reports and other materials such as Quality System Document change requests (DCR)

· Resolves routine administrative problems and answers inquiries concerning activities and operations of the department; accepts, screens and routes telephone calls; maintains logs as required

· Performs a range of staff and/or operational support activities; may serve as a liaison with other departments on basic administrative and/or operational matters such as arranging and preparing for meetings as well as taking minutes

· Perform basic, routine mathematical functions, which may involve moderately complex excel spreadsheets to produce statistics, graphs, charts and reports

· Establishes, maintains, processes and updates files, records, certificates, and/or other documents

· Prepare expense reports for various staff and management

· Create Power Point presentations for appropriate staff

· Orders, stocks, and distributes office supplies.

Qualifications:

· One year of administrative background

· Data entry skills

· Proficient skills working with MS Excel and Word

· Self-driven, understand direction to complete tasks on a timely manner and need minimal support

· Manufacturing industry background preferred

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
