Job Overview:

Application Analyst 4 is primarily responsible for supporting the design and build of the designated application. As an expert level analyst, they serve as resource for the other Analyst staff as well as operations and other customers. They work independently and ensure the prioritization of build, testing and projects as established by management are maintained and executed. The Application Analyst 4 is responsible for the installation, upgrades, and the configuration of the application. The Application Analyst 4 takes on more of the complex coordination of customer support activities. The Application Analyst 4 creates the test scripts for the application, executes the test scripts, and documents all test outcomes, including advanced troubleshooting skills and support these activities apply to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance initiatives. The Application Analyst 4 is responsible for addressing customer or build issues, recommending mitigation plans and escalating more complex issues above their knowledge base. The Application Analyst 4 also provides on-call support for the application through go-live and ongoing maintenance period.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Certification in specified application as applicable; preferred 5+ years prior system build experience

  • Bachelor s Degree

  • Epic Certification and Five (5) years of Epic build experience post certification preferably with additional certification and build experience in Audiology, Bones Orthopedics, Cardiac Rehab, Outpatient Dentistry, Outpatient Dermatology, Kaleidoscope Ophthalmology, Occupational Therapy, Phoenix Transplant, Physical Therapy, Pulmonary Rehab & Speech Language Pathology (and all related Pediatric Specialties) Minimum: Five (5) years relevant experience.

  • Demonstrated interest in supporting the development and build of the application

  • Obtaining applicable certification(s) will be an expectation of the role.

  • Applicant is expected to maintain certification as current by compling New Version Training (NVT), as applicable.

Preferred:

  • Preferably 2+ years of relevant experience functioning in a leadership capacity with leading teams and workgroup

  • Masters Degree Preferred

Certifications and Licenses Required:

  • Certification in specified application as applicable; preferred 5+ years prior system build experience

Resilience: the ability to persevere in difficult situations, overcome obstacles, and reach high levels of performance when faced with stressful work situations and time pressures
