Patient care

• Assisting patients with daily activities like eating, dressing, and bathing.They also help with medical procedures, such as inserting IVs, drawing blood, and changing wound dressings.
• Patient records Maintaining accurate patient records, including recording vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.They also update patient records confidentially.
• Communication Reporting changes in a patient's health status or behavior to nurses, doctors, and family members.They also explain treatments and procedures to patients and families.
• Administrative duties Admitting, discharging, and transferring patients.They also oversee Certified Nursing Assistants and maintain inventory of medical supplies, medicines, and equipment.
