MAINTENANCE

This posting is for a role with an independent McDonald’s franchisee.

Hiring motivated maintenance workers starting at $14.50 per hour. Must be available 5 days a week 4:30am-1pm. Days may vary depending on the location you work at. Please see details of job description below.

Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Person assists management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support

you with the tools and training needed to succeed. The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Washing towels and maintaining towel buckets throughout the day

  • Cleaning restrooms daily

  • Cleaning trash housings, and drink stations in lobby

  • Maintain the exterior of the building, parking lots, sidewalks, corral, signage

  • Filtering oil fryers daily, and pulling fryers out periodically

  • Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and Freezer/ coolers

  • Unloading delivery truck two times a week, keeping freezer, cooler and stockrooms neat and organized.

  • Removing trash from the building and keeping trash cans and cart clean

  • Changing light bulbs, cleaning light lenses

  • Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units on roof, vents in lobby and removing off debris off roof

  • Minor equipment repair and planned maintenance
