Job Description: Drawing on experience with Apache httpd or other webserver technologies, centralized authentication systems like CA SiteMinder or CA Strong Authentication product suites, *nix systems like OEL and Solaris, J2EE containers like Oracle Weblogic or IBM WebSphere, messaging technologies like IBM MQ or Oracle Service Bus, and scripting languages like bash and Perl, Python, the Sr. Product Support Engineer will perform the following job duties: design and implement infrastructure solutions in the System/Middleware space for various platform initiatives and multiple technical projects; collaborate with the development teams on the platform and provide recommendations and guidance on solutions where there is a strong intersection between code and system/middleware configurations; act as last level of escalation on the Technical Services Team for all system/middleware issues and assist in incident resolution and problem management; continuously evaluate existing systems with industry standards, and make recommendations for improvement; design, develop, and deploy back-end services with focus on high availability, low latency, and scalability; deploy and manage orchestration system to schedule maintenance jobs, keep services available and auto-scale when testing demands grow; manage continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline to maximize efficiency; support Lifecycle management of system and middleware components that are used by SEI Wealth Platform; provide expertise and establish best practices on the development, monitoring, and maintenance of event-based technologies; analyze production environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement; ensure that the solutions engineering and implemented in the Web System/Middleware technologies meet SEI security and compliance requirements; and participate in On-Call support for off-hour production emergencies.

Requirements: Bachelors (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field plus seven (7) years of experience as a Systems Administrator, Project/Technical Lead, or a related role. Five (5) years of experience in each of the following: *nix systems like OEL and Solaris; J2EE containers like Oracle Weblogic or IBM WebSphere; and messaging technologies like IBM MQ or Oracle Service Bus. Two (2) years of experience in each of the following: Apache httpd or other webserver technologies; centralized authentication systems like CA SiteMinder or CA Strong Authentication product suites; scripting languages like bash and Perl; and Python.
