Reference #: SEI1GLOBALR0028308EXTERNALENGLOBAL The Contract Administrator will be a member of the SEI Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Development Business Unit and will work with a team of corporate attorneys who are responsible for providing legal advice and services on a variety of commercial matters to all divisions of SEI. The Contract Administrator will support the complete contract lifecycle of the Company's commercial agreements with a focus on Statements of Work (SOWs) for Professional Services, acting as a project manager of the SOW contracting process. The Contract Administrator will report to the Managing Director of the Strategic and Commercial Relationships Team.

What you will do: Responsibilities will include the following, each of which shall be performed under the direction of an attorney:

Work with internal stakeholders, including the Professional Services team, to create customer-facing SOWs and other legal documents using corporate standards and templates, while ensuring accurate and complete flow-up terms required by our service providers to our customers when applicable;

Work with service partners to create SOWs and other legal documents using SEI formats and templates, while ensuring accurate and complete flow-down of required client terms and conditions to such service partners;

Collaborate with Company's attorneys to conduct initial negotiations with customers and service partners on behalf of SEI;

Work with stakeholders across the organization to obtain appropriate input and approvals and address issues raised within legal documents including validation of alignment between customer obligations and supplier offerings;

Work with attorneys on team to maintain and improve SOW templates for existing and new service offerings;

Provide input on current workflow processes and procedures to continually improve the existing business model for maximum efficiency;

Preparation of initial drafts of correspondence, memoranda and agreements, as well as various other legal documents related to core responsibilities;

Ad-hoc projects based on team and company needs;

Post-execution contract management;

Coordination with the company's solutions and operations departments to ensure alignment of service delivery with contractual obligations.

The Contract Administrator will work in a team environment with other members of SEI's legal department, the market units and outside counsel.

What we need from you: To be considered candidates must demonstrate the following to the satisfaction of SEI:

B.A. or equivalent, from an accredited college or university

Excellent relationship skills because the candidate must coordinate and communicate with others in multiple organizations and jurisdictions

Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences

Process and systems oriented approach to work

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Must be detail oriented, flexible and collaborative

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a mature and professional manner

Strong desire to learn

Advanced Microsoft Word skills

Ability to prioritize work and business needs and adapt to changing situations while handling high volume workload

Ability to work independently in areas of responsibility, with discernment to know when matters require escalation for attorney review.

Exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to handle several projects simultaneously within tight deadlines

Comfortable with a constantly-changing, technology-driven environment
