Key Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their automotive needs and preferences. Conduct thorough vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Provide information on pricing, features, and benefits of vehicles. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements in a professional manner. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or relevant certification is a plus. Previous experience in automotive sales preferred but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
