Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager looking to take on a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to lead our warehouse operations in Oakland, CA. This role is perfect for a hands-on manager with an established background in cold storage or food production and a proven track record of optimizing warehouse performance.

salary: $74,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager with a background in cold storage or food production? We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our team in Oakland, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and safety standards.

• Manage a team of warehouse staff, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Maintain inventory accuracy and implement effective storage solutions.

• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of management experience in a warehouse environment.

• Experience in cold storage or food production is highly preferred.

• Excellant leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• standing for 6 hours at one time

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
