We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflows. Your role will include managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring safety and efficiency in all warehouse activities. great leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential. Must have experience with warehouse management systems and be detail-oriented. Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving operational success.

salary: $30 - $35 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 PM - 6 AM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Duties and responsibilities include managing warehouse operations Sunday through Thursday, inventory control and planning the use of resources such as labor, time and materials.

• Inventory Management - counting boxes quickly and accurately, regular rotation of product inventory (FIFO), perform regular cycle counts, etc.

• Working in Cold Storage - regularly working in cooler and freezer environment

• Order selecting - scanning completed orders

• Load and Unloading trailers - using Forklift and electric Pallet Jacks

• Training, managing and motivating warehouse staff

• Communication - ability to professionally communicate verbally and electronically with other staff.

• Maintaining equipment maintenance records

• Meeting deadlines and handling pressure

• Drafting emails on the computer, creating and modifying company documents, procedures, disciplinary actions, etc.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
