Your role at Clorox:
This position is responsible for leading the global forecast process and support global close process for the Glad Joint Venture while working closely with finance & BU leadership.
In this role, you will:
Lead global forecast process and support global close process for the Glad Joint Venture (P&L, B/S, and CFS) (30%)
Includes leading JV Royalty forecast and close processes for both Clorox and P&G, including presenting forecast to P&G counterparts
Includes supporting the preparation of the JV Board package for Clorox and P&G directors
Conduct business driver analysis for Glad US Corporate Package deliverables, every forecast and quarter-close (30%)
Active participation in Gap Management (current status of the Royalty versus the most recent forecast) analysis and process (10%)
Handle all JV financial audit inquiries and participate in operational audit inquiries (10%)
Identify and implement value creation opportunities, including process improvements in forecast/close cycles and other projects (10%)
Support 3rd Party Royalty forecast and GM Admin forecast/close for the Specialty Division (10%)
Potential to drive additional value for the SBU/Division by supporting P&A projects, additional A&C support and controls (TBD)
What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance and/or Accounting
Minimum of 2.5 years of Finance and/or Accounting experience
Strong analytical skills
Strong planning and organizing skills
Ability to effectively communicate and influence at all levels
Strong Microsoft office skills
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively communicate and influence
Ability to take personal ownership and ensure timely resolution of issues
SAP, BW, Essbase, HFM experience
Previous forecast and/or cost experience
Consumer packaged goods industry experience

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.
–Zone A: $67,600 - $123,700
–Zone B: $62,000 - $113,400
–Zone C: $56,400 - $103,100

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
