Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on SAP S4 HANA EH&S Functional Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building out process flows, including as is and to be process flows, and collecting requirements. This role involves detailed documentation and future enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Flow Development: Design and build comprehensive as is and to be process flows.

Requirements Collection: Gather and document detailed requirements for system improvements.

System Mapping: Analyze and map the current system to identify necessary changes. For example, if theres an injury, determine the hazard and assess whether the control was efficient or inefficient, then map this to the to be system.

Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

Skills and Requirements

• Prior experience deploying SAP S4 EHS at other enterprise companies

• SAP S4 EHS functional design (process design, as is and to be process mapping)

• In depth knowledge of EH&S systems, business processes

• Experience documenting business process and related gaps

• Experience developing application test use cases + Experience in SAP S4 Plant Maintenance (PM) null
