Position: Project Manager

Our client is currently seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a keen eye for detail and a strong determination to lead and execute critical projects to success. The incumbent will utilize their acumen to plan, manage, report, and successfully complete key organizational projects in line with set goals.

• Job Responsibilities:

• Apply project management expertise to deliver key objectives and goals.

• Direct deliverables based on project schedule, objectives, and budget.

• Evaluate current business processes and devise strategies for improvement.

• Create and maintain the portfolio of projects and report to the Leadership team.

• Facilitate project meetings and provide ongoing project communications.

• Coordinate project team meetings, draft agendas, and note minutes.

• Develop a project dashboard that displays project updates and alerts the project team about risks and issues.

• Participate in Leadership Team engagements, contributing to the development and execution of cross-functional projects.

• Provide leadership for key organizational initiatives and projects.

• Act as a collaborative partner for Leadership Team members across different departments of the organization.

  Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• At least 3+ years of project management experience.

• Hold Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Master Project Manager (MPM) certification.

• Comprehensive experience in workforce development, higher education, certification, and other related industries.

• Proficiency in Salesforce, WRIKE, Zoom, and MS Office.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a swiftly-paced environment with frequent interruptions.

• Proven track record in labor-management partnerships and vocational education within the healthcare labor market.
