How you will make an impact

• Manage assigned files and deliver legal services under attorney supervision

• Provide assistance for several attorneys

• Perform administrative tasks as necessary

• Possess skill set to effectively and efficiently communicate with clients over the phone

• Utilize comprehensive knowledge of legal procedures

• Schedule and confirm appointments with clients

• Utilize organizational skills to effectively and efficiently assist attorneys in the resolution of files

• Relay legal correspondence to clients in a clear way

• Uphold calendars and billing sheets Requirements - Knowledgeable in local jurisdictional and federal court rules and procedures

• Expertise in database management

• Must have excellent time management skills

• Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired

• Civil Litigation Experience experience desired

• Understanding of and experience with legal correspondence and court filing procedures is a plus

• Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired
