We are seeking a Case Management Administrator based in Oakland, California. This role provides a unique opportunity to participate in the healthcare industry where you will be coordinating and overseeing case management projects from start to finish. As a Case Management Administrator, you will be involved in cross-departmental collaboration, tracking project progress, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage case management projects from inception to completion.

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure project alignment and efficiency.

• Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

• Communicate project updates and milestones to stakeholders effectively.

• Assist in developing and implementing project plans and strategies.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and address potential project risks and issues.

• Utilize strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.

• Work collaboratively with diverse teams.

• Demonstrate proficiency in project management software and tools.

Requirements • Demonstrated proficiency in case management and project coordination.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

• Experience in project management, including planning, setting milestones, and managing timelines.

• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.

• Knowledge of HealthCare.gov and its regulatory requirements.

• Ability to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in non-clinical tasks related to case management.

• Experience in QA management to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Capability to monitor and report on project progress.

• Experience in working within the healthcare sector is a plus.
